How to Order a Print-

Please email or phone the gallery with the requested print name and code. The print can then be reserved and you will be sent an email with the total cost (inc. P&P). On receipt of payment, the print will then be quickly sent out to you.

How to Pay for a Print-

You can pay by credit card using Paypal, we will email you a money request from the gallery for the total amount when we have your order.
Or you can pay over the phone using a credit/debit card and we will process through the Crail Gallery card machine.
Or you can pay by cheque (made payable to Crail Gallery).
Please include your name and address on the back.

Post & Packaging-

Please remember to email us with your full name and address (including postcode) for where you want the print to be sent.

We will very carefully parcel your print, packed flat and well protected against any knocks.

Within the UK we use the Post Office/Special Delivery Service for insurance purposes and guaranteed delivery within 24 hours. The parcel will require a signature on delivery and will arrive before 1.00 pm.
We use Airmail Delivery for any parcels going abroad.
Payment for Post & Packing is £10 or we offer free delivery on any purchase over £150.
